I am running Finale 27.2.0.142 on a MacBook pro OS. Ventura 13.3.

I have tried to load 27.3.0.160 unsuccessfully.

I get the message:  "Finale (Autoupdate).app is damaged and can't be opened. Move to bin."

I have tried this but i still cannot update to latest Finale.

 

Any suggestions.

(PS I have searched for the damaged file)

And did you try downloading the update directly, and not relying on auto-update?

Not understanding why you can’t log into your MakeMusic and download 27 again. This will give you 27.3. You may be having a problem with your internet provider.

Internet provider works perfectly well in the rest of the house.

 

Not sure if I should refresh preferences and if so, where is it )not where it used to be!!!!!)
