I am working with a German colleague on a shared project.  We are both using Windows 10, Finale 27 (English version).  They are using a German notebook, with German keyboard layout.   It appears that a lot of the metatools and keyboard shortcuts don't work on their keyboard.  Setting up new metatools on their end does appear to work (they are allocated appropriately in the expressions library, for example), but they don't seem to be able to respond in entry.  The numbers at the top of the keyboard also don't seem to respond to regular program shortcuts, etc. The number pad however does seem to respond as expected.   So I'm wondering therefore if there is a keyboard mapping issue, or a language issue, when using with a foreign language (in this instance, German) keyboard? 

Has anyone else come up against something similar? Would switching language in Windows possibly help? Does one need to get an English USB keyboard (and change the language)?  I've used Finale for over 20 years and not come across this issue before.
