Strange note shown and I cannot remove it.

Do not worry.
The notes will not print.
Those notes are just hidden playback notes for the trill playback.
You do need trill playback - right?
To avoid seeing the playback notes displayed on the computer screen:
View menu > Show > Hidden Notes and Rests (de-select)
