running Finale 26.3.1.520 on Windows 10 64 bit, Focusrite Scarlett 4i4.

Hello there, Finale crashes when attempting to use tools such as articulations, score expressions, lyrics...etc. Same issue after a fresh install. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! -MD.

Did it work in the past, or is this a new install?

 

I think I would try deleting the app, and downloading a fresh copy.

Thanks for the response Mike. It did work in the past- this is a new issue.

I haven't added any new hardware or applications since. I fully removed Finale, restarted and re-installed from a fresh download. Still the same issue. My version of Finale 2014 is working on the same computer.
