Using version 2021 on a Mac  10.14.6 Mojave

Did a 6 page lead sheet for someone and page 5 is blank.

When I mail it to her  all 6 pages are visible. Therefore, the data is there; but

on my screen it remains blank.

Unable to work on page 5 

Any thoughts to this problem

Is this Finale version 25 or 26?

 

What exactly did you email — a copy of the Finale file, MIDI export, MusicXML export, pdf printout or other?

Version 2021. My client has 2021 so I just send it as mus. , as I have alway done.

As I saidm page 5   is blank on my computer, but it is visible on her computer.

Finale does not have a Version 2021. This is why I asked.

Did you send a "mus" or "musx" file. 

Probably just a typo but Finale 27 makes "musx" files not "mus" files. You didn't do a 2012 conversion did you?

OK you made a six page score and all is well. But you emailed that same six page file to your friend and page 5 is blank for her? Page six is OK?
