Hello, I am a recent user of Finale for Windows but a long time user of Finale for the Mac. 

{This is such a trivial thing I am almost embarrassed to submit it, but I'm at the end of my patience, so here goes}

I am running Windows 11 Pro on (an admitted inexpensive) mini PC called a Beelink. Finale 27.4 

I can't use the numeric keypad to input speedy entry as I have always done on a Mac. I have to use to number keys along the top of the keyboard. I have toggled the NumLock key off and on, no joy. 

Any suggestions? Is it possible that I have bought a PC that doesn't support any extended keyboard function, because that is what I think has happened, as evidenced by similar responses whether I use it for a calculator or spreadsheet app.
