OS: Windows 10
Software version: Finale 2014.5.6359

Intermittently when I try to save a file in Finale, I get one or more alert messages in a row (see screenshots). The most common one indicates it had trouble copying the backup file to the backup location because the file already exists, which is kind of OK because at least it still saves my file. Sometimes, however, I get a final prompt stating that there was an "enigma error - 19" (not sure if it's always 19, but it was when I just reproduced the issue). If I get the engima error, this generally means the original musx file I was trying to save no longer exists, and no backup was made. If I wasn't in the process of closing down Finale, then usually the only remedy I have found to save my file is to do a "Save As" and choose another name. The real trouble is if I forget all this and close finale, then select "Save" when prompted, because if I do that and happen to get this enigma error, the original file will no longer exist, and since the backup failed I won't have a backup that includes my latest changes. Luckily for me, I'm pretty paranoid and so far I've been able to remember to first save in case of such errors, then close, but I'd really prefer not to have to be so vigilant to get around this issue every time I just want to save my files.
Finally, I'll just mention that every time this happens, if I start Finale back up again it will sometimes ask me to send a crash report. However these crash reports always fail to send for no apparent reason.
