Small problem (I hope...),

If I add two empty pages (one as a cover the other one as instructions, and they become page1 and page 2) before the actual score real beginning... is it possible to have the real score still starts from page 1?

Page offset seems only to add page numbers

Select the handle of the page number and use -2 (minus 2) as Page Offset.
