I have a 25.2 installed on OS 10.11.6. Yesterday, as I was notating, the bottom half of my easy entry box (displayed horizontally) DISAPPEARED! And it has not reappeared. What to do?

Easy Entry box? What is that? Do you mean Simple Entry tool palette?

Can you still access the commands from the Tools menu?

Hi Bradford,

If you're referring to the Simple Entry palette, as Ben suggested, then I'd recommend that you try a couple things:

1. Place your mouse cursor on a corner or edge of the palette. You can click & drag to resize this, just like an application window.

2. If that does not work for you, then you may simply want to reset Finale's preferences to restore all palettes to their default sizes & positions: Finale > Preferences > Reset All Preferences
