Is it possible to control the volume of these sounds with Finale? If yes, how to do it? With the MIDI control (7) and continuous data, it does not work.. And following the MACRO numbers of Miroslav, it does not work as well. Only the velocity can be controled.

IK Multimedia has two stand-alone players that work with Miroslav Philharmonik. One is Miroslav Philharmonik 2.app while the other is SampleTank 4. Either can be called up in Finale.

 

I never use the Miroslav Philharmonik 2.app preferring to host it in SampleTank 4 in Multi-timberal mode a la the ARIA Player. You can also host a separate instance for each instrument if you prefer.

 

SampleTank 4 CS (Custom Shop) is always a free download. If you need additional libraries, those can cost you but the Player is always free.
