Do you mean it’s playing behind the green bar? What version of Finale?

Try these:
1. Restart Finale
2. Shut down and reboot the computer
3. Refresh the preferences

I already did it, its helps but after a few playing it's happening again, I want to solve the problem for good

What version of Finale?

This is important. We also need to know if your display resolution. You have described an issue that affects certain builds of Finale and high resolution displays.

I think more important than what Finale version you have is what computer you have and specs and what playback method you are using like Note Performer or something else.
