Today I had to replace my computer’s hard drive and, after reinstalling my programs, I discovered that the Finale 27 authorization process no longer works. Now I can’t export my work to MusicXML! How can I fix this? I have hundreds of pieces to export.
Thanks for your help!

… I discovered that the Finale 27 authorization process no longer works …

Perhaps you are doing something wrong.

Please describe your steps when you try to authorize your Finale 27.

Where does your authorization process no longer work?

You can not log in to your MakeMusic account?

Starting Finale As an administrator, I enter my username and password and I get a message saying that the password is invalid. The password and username are the same ones I use to log into my MakeMusic account, so if I can log in there, they must be correct. The problem is that since I replaced the hard drive, Finale no longer recognises my computer. I also tried to deauthorise my PC and then authorise it again, but it doesn't work. However, I read in the letter announcing the closure of FINALE that the technicians would allow authentication operations for another year, and that year has passed. But in my opinion, it's unfair if they have blocked the possibility of reinstalling it.

When I launch Finale on the Mac, I never enter {user name and password}.

Unfortunately I am using Mac Finale - I can not help you with Windows Finale.

You are using Windows 11 - right?

On the Finale Community home page it says:

“… You may continue to download & authorize registered Finale products for the foreseeable future …”

Yes, I use WINDOWS 11... but I found the problem!!! I entered the licence serial number by copying and pasting it, and I didn't realise that it left a blank space, which meant it wasn't recognised. Thanks for your help!
