Hallo,

I can't finalize the payment to obtain the crossgrade from Finale 26 to Dorico Pro. I get the following message: Error Creating Card Authorization Transaction for customer: 7676507.

What I should do? The card has what is needed for the transaction and shows usually no problems in internet payments.

At this point, you might have to do it from the Dorico end. (But just a WAG)

I'm trying to figure out if it's a problem with the credit card provider.

I would contact MakeMusic. They do still offer support for this.
