You do not specify, what aspects of the layout you need help with?

Perhaps the fonts?

I do not know the music font.

For the text font, try Caslon.

Or the systems positioned next to each other?

Page Layout Tool.

Page Layout menu > Avoid Margin Collisions (de-select this option)

When you have de-selected “Avoid Margin Collisions”, you can use negative values in the System Margins.

What the Coda plug-in does is illustrative of what you can do (probably without using the Coda plug-in). You need to use Page Layout to position systems side by side rather than always one below another. You will likely have to uncheck Avoid Margin Collisions in the Page Layout Menu.

I found the old-style F clef in Bravura and Fravura Extra fonts. Not an exact match, though.
