i have latest version of Finale operating on Windows 10 but my Bluetooth headphones won't work.  Finale crashes when I try or there's no sound.  Is there a way around this to make Bluetooth work?  I understand that this might be an audio driver issue with Finale?

What version of Finale? (It may help.)

It might be helpful to have an image of your Windows Sound Control Panel

and also a picture of Finale's MIDI/Audio > Device Setup > Audio Setup panel.

Thanks for your help.  Here's the images.  Also, I'm running Finale 2014.5

Your buffer size looks small, particularly for VST instruments. I suggest you experiment with larger buffer sizes to see if that solves your problem. I personally find DirectSound works well on my computer configuration.

So it looks like the Bose headset/headphones is disconnected. If you click or double click on either one, are you given the opportunity to connect them?

I'm sorry!  I didn't have the headphones on at the time so here's what it looks like when they are on.  If I switch to DirectSound then Finale recognizes the wireless Bose earbuds.  But when I test the Audio Output there's no sound and when I press to play the music then Finale won't play it. It just stays on the 1st measure and doesn't move.  If I mess with it then Finale says that it's stopped working and has to shut down.  Thanks for your help!

Are you sure about the Mic source? Shouldn't it be something internal?

I had a thought about maybe getting a bluetooth transmitter that plugged into the headphone jack of my computer then running my wireless earbuds off of that.  Wondering if Finale would work then since the transmitter would be running off of the headphone jack which would be the same as me just plugging in wired headphones?
