 It took 12 hours to download. The properties of the folder file show that the file has indeed download ... When I follow the instructions to  extract and install the product I receive the following two error message: This file is empty and must contain files to be extracted, or Do you wish to report this file as unsafe:. I have not found a workaround to installation.

Turn off any anti-virus software before downloading.  Also, what browser are you using? IIRC, IE has had some issues.

Thanks Mike for your response: I use IE, Win 10, on a Dell Latitude 3570 Laptop. In looking into the issue more deeply I found another Error message, "Windows can not open the folder, the compressed (Zipped) folder *\FinaleSetup.zip is invalid" I'm at a loss; Microsoft informs me that my internet server limits my downloads, this is news to me as I pay Verison for an "unlimited" account. Perhaps 
'unlimited" has a different meaning the alternate universe that is the web.

Contact Customer Support. Use the Submit a Request link at the top of the page. You might have to buy the Media Kit, which is the program loaded on a USB thumb drive.
