When I try to export all the parts it ask me to save it then it only opens one part instead of all the checked parts. Then you would have to go through this process with each part individually. I also get a pop up that says Extentions.asv is already registered as photoshop.ASVColAdjfile. Do you want to register this file type with Finale as FanaleAutoSave instead. I have no idea what this is or does either. This is for Finale 2012 on windows.

You probably mean ‘extract’ rather than ‘export’, right?
1) In the extracted parts the file name extension should be .mus - not .asv - since .asv is the file name extension for Finale’s auto save files.
2) Is it really necessary for you to extract the parts?
Finale has had linked parts since Finale 2007.
Can you not use the linked parts, instead of extracting parts?
