My score has the name 'Score' as you would expect but I'd like it to be Conductor.  When I change it all the part names disappear and are replaced by 'Conductor'.  How do I change the name 'Score 'to 'Conductor' with affect all the parts.

Try this: Score Manager > File Info > "Score Name" Insert Text > change to Conductor

And the text block should be created via Text menu -> Inserts -> Part/Score name.
