If you go to My Account at https://www.finalemusic.com/ you should be able to look up information on any software you have purchased and registered with them.

 I am trying to authorize Finale 2014.5 on a new computer. I can successfully de-authorize and re-authorize it on my existing computer, but I don't know how to access the remaining seat My Account says we have available. I am using Windows 10 and a Dell and a Lenovo.

You should be able to install Finale on your second computer and then just click the Authorize Finale link in the Help menu (while you are connected to the internet). If you are having difficulty with this, I recommend you use the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page to contact MakeMusic directly for help.

Consulting the My Account link on the finalemusic.com web site should let you know whether you still have that second authorization available.

Assuming that your profile is accurate and your second computer is not running Mac OS 10.13... If you are, stop right now because that isn't going to work.

Go to your user account as J Adrian suggests. Click on Manage Authorizations to see how many you have left. If you need to delete one, do so.

If that's not the problem, are you entering your data correctly? Copy and paste your serial number to make sure. Fill out the survey, make certain that the email you enter is the one in your user account.

If that doesn't do it, have you blocked the ports that the license server needs to continue? Firewall, VPN or other port blocker may have to be temporarily disabled. Once you have authorized, you can put it back in place.

All else fails, use the Submit a request link at the top of page.
