pc Windows 10 and Finale 2012

I am doing a jazz band vocal piece. The piano player likes to have the vocals available to follow. The vocal music is completely different than the piano part so I can't enter the vocals from the lyric tool. I would like the piano part to be part of the score so we can change keys for different singers. I have tried the process of creating a Blank part etc. and it doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions

You can always add the vocal line to the Piano part in Manage parts.

You can edit or create parts to show whatever you wish.

 

(I hope I understand what you are asking. If not, perhaps sending a short image of what you want would be helpful.)
