When using the Selection Tool to copy and paste measures, I copy the measure, and then use Ctrl-Shift-Click to paste, and the Staff Style, such as Slash Notation or Rhythmic Notation doesn't copy over to the receiving measure. This used to work better. Is this a bug?

Have you checked whether the staff styles are Copyable?
