Windows 10. I've requested help before and can't get any. My 2014 is corrupt and gives me lots of problems. I download the free update, 2014.a or 2014.5. Is this the same program? If so, why does it have two name. I can't activate it without going through all kinds of steps with my computer, which I don't know how to do, like sign on as administrator, deactivate virus protection,etc. You sent me THREE PAGES of instructions just to use the update. 

I MUST GET HELP! NOW~!

Maybe you need some help with using a computer.

 

Turning off virus protection, or logging on as Admin, should not be beyond anyone with basic skills.

 

Believe me, it's not likely that anyone will call...
