2014 Finale issues

I restored my PC to a point I know is good, but the Finale 2014 still has the missing file: PerNoteTypes.txt.

Yes, I've even tried downloading the 2014.5 and this file was OK, but the 2014 Finale is still prompting with PerNoteTypes.txt.

I have Windows 7 which I love, but this is new to me.

Does Finale have a site where one can download this missing file?

I'm open to any and all solutions as I can't even open Finale now.

Send a message to tech support. Use the Submit a Request link at the top of this page.

Why not use 2014.5?

And please, remove or encode your email address, for your own security.

Are you sure it’s missing? It shouldn’t be as it installs with Finale for Windows—I have no idea how far back. A reinstall should fix you up.

Have you searched using Windows Explorer?
