Hey there!

I copied an old big band chart into a new Finale 25 (OS 10.12) score knowing that I was going to change a LOT of it.  Weirdly, there are a few measures with extra rests that are not in layers and do not respond to simple or speedy entry changes.  Has anyone seen this and resolved it?  This is 4/4...  

Not in layer 1, 2, 3, or 4; not in simple entry or speedy...

It seems to be the result of a copy/paste from a different instrument...?

Switch to scroll view and look at this measure. I've seen this before. If I remember correctly, the rests were from another staff. Looking at it in scroll view made it easy to see the source measure.

You can select one of the "working" notes, and back up with the arrow key, to get to the ones you couldn't select.
