Using Finale on windows 10.

When I print to a canon copier, a Canon iR8585, the noteheads don't come out right.  However, if I print to an HP printer, the noteheads print just fine.

So it looks like a font problem with the Canon.  Any suggestion on how to fix that?

What version of Finale? A Finale font, or a third party? What happens if you "print" to a PDF, and then, print that?

Could you be more specific about what you mean by 'the notepads don't come out right'? What exactly do you get? Can you send us a scan?

Instead of noteheads, it prints "fff" like 3 forte symbols for each note.

I'm using version 26.0.1.655.  It is the maestro font.

Wierd thing is it seems to print whole and half notes correctly but anything shorter than a half note, quarter notes and shorter, don't print correctly.  I thought I attached this but here it is again.

Printing to pdf works.  Print directly to an hp printer works but i can't figure out why printing to our canon copier doesn't work.

Is the Canon expecting PostScript fonts?
