Does anyone know how to create a smart shape "subito" cresc. hairpin that opens up at the very end, such as those used for brass instruments (see pic below)?  I realize I can draw the shape myself using the graphics tool, etc, but wonder if it can be loaded as a smart shape, to save time and make adjustments more detailed.
