Windows 7 Pro, Finale 2014.5      When inserting an entire lyric from the Lyric Window into the document, usually syllables will move to the right, whenever a slur is encountered.  In the current document, that is not happening.  Is there a way to force this?

As far as I know, Finale has never honored slurred notes when bulk-assigning lyrics with CMD/CTRL-clicking the first syllable. Ties? Yes. Slurs? No.

Adrian is correct. The lyric will move with ties, but not slurs.

(now using Finale 2020 on Windows 7)    Adrian's observation that bulk-assigning lyrics with ctrl-click still does not honor smart slurs.   Would this not be a legitimate "feature request"?    It would certainly be a huge time-saver for those working in melisma-rich contexts such as Italian aria to expect smart-slurs to regulate lyric placement.
