I have an orchestral score where I'd like to show all accidentals on all notes, but keep the key signature visible.

You are using the wrong plug-in.
Instead of the Cautionary Accidentals plug-in, use the Canonic Utilities plug-in:
Plug-ins menu > Scoring and Arranging > Canonic Utilities…
Both JW (free) and Tgtools (demo/shareware) have an accidentals plugin that does just what is desired here. I would recommend TGT over JW in this one instance merely because tweaking the settings for JW Accidentals causes F26 to crash, at least it does so religiously on my system. But both can do what you are asking in this case.
