Win7 / PrintMusic2008 How can I get the notes I entered inadvertently in Layer 2 back into Layer 1 ? Do I have to re-enter them in Layer 1 ? I don't know how I ever got anything in Layer 2 and have no need for it in my transcription.
In the “full Finale” you have Edit menu > Move/Copy Layers… However, I am not sure whether that feature is available in PrintMusic.
It is available. Select the measures. Edit menu > Move/Copy Layers The dialogue box should be self-explanatory.
Thank you so much. I finally found out how to activate that menu item, and so it worked easy. Much easier if you are moving content into blank measures.
