Large scale orchestral score. Changing channels to switch from regular arco violin to tremolo. Patch starts playing back a minor sixth lower! After 4 bars the switch back to regular arco, A 440. Two bars later back to tremolo and down a minor sixth again. Viola does the same, only a minor seventh lower. 2nd violins and cellos play back perfectly. Got me stumped. Any ideas?

The plot thickens! Now the the Violin 1 channel is playing back at A 415. Unless I change it to Standard (instead of Notation) when it plays back at 440. The same patch that plays low on Bank 3 plays normally on Bank 2, but not all the channels on Bank 3 play back incorrectly.

Gremlins is the only explanation. . . .

Have done all the usuals to the app and the computer. There are no expression tools with transposition instructions, nor in the score manager. The  problem is in the ARIA player itself.

Are you sure it's violin and not a soprano? (sorry for referencing an old joke but it's all I can think of).

Something is off, that's for certain. Have you submitted this to MOTU through the Submit a request link at the top of the page?

"MOTU"?

Do  you know something about his MIDI interface I don't, or is autocomplete playing tricks on you?
