Software Finale v25 Box Upgrade

Adobe will no longer open a PDF file automatically after I download the file.  I have talked with Adobe about this problem and after making some adjustments on my computer, it still will not open as it has done in the past.  Everything else works..ie Word, Excel, etc.

He suggested I contact Support for Finale and see if this is just a problem for my software and/or is there anything I can do to solve this problem without purchasing another upgrade from your company.

Are you aware of this issue?

Please advise.

If you are using the PDF Export function built into Windows Finale, many consider that a less-than-optimal PDF implementation. I use a separate PDF program to print my PDF files, and IIRC there are free PDF available that work better than the one built into Finale.

What is the name of this program again? When I google IIRC, I don't get a program.  Thanks.  You must remember, you are communicating with novice. (~:

Kemara, try Googling <Free PDF Creator Windows>, or something like that. You will get lots of hits.
