Authorize message

I upgraded to Finale 25 from 2014 months ago and now I am seeing a message to authorize.

I am sure I did this when I upgraded, but how would I check to see? I can't save or print any work now.

Log onto your MakeMusic account, and you will see a tab in Support for My Software. You can authorize from there.

Thanks Mike, but I don't see that tab. I did find out that I upgraded back in February and now, 7 months later, it is asking me to authorize again.

Look at your current version and you should see Manage Authorizations. Ok? You don't want that.

Now look to the left and you should see Previous Versions underlined. Click on that to reveal your older copies and their Manage Authorizations buttons. 2014 and 2012 (if you had it) should also let you download.

You will not see 2014.5. That was a no-charge update to 2014 and uses the same license. The download tab will only access the last version—when installed, it will be 2014.5.
