Hello!

One of my students brought her computer with Finale to my office (v. 26.1). When she selects smart shapes from the tool pallet, the wrong shape appears in the score. We reset program options and smart shape options, which didn't fix it. I have never seen this before. How can we get the correct smart shapes to appear?

What is her computer operating system?

 

Have you tried recreating the preference file?
