This would do it :

1) on the 5th, 9th note, etc..., apply the slash key (Speedy). All notes will be beamed as 16th notes (double beam).

2) Special Tools -> Secondary Beam Breaks Tool. Double click on the handle of the 5th note, etc... and select : Break only : 16th.

Now, if you have many of those :

In 1 measure (let's call it the source measure)

Apply the procedure described above in 1) and 2)

Then use the filter, select "None" and then "Secondary Beam Breaks" ONLY.

Copy the source measure and paste it to all similar measures.

Don't forget to reset the filter to All when you are done.
