MAC OS 10.15.2; Finale 26.2

The sound output for Mandolin sounds like sustained organ notes. Need fix.

Perhaps this is a Mac problem; but if you are using Aria sounds, the Mandolin (added via the Setup Wizard) sounds fine.

Not a problem on his Mac.

 

I would download and reinstall both 26.2 and the Garritan libraries. Because they’ve been installed, you’ll have to do it manually. Reboot. Then do a Safe boot (shut down, boot with the Shift key down, reboot again).This should fix any corrupt paths caused by any other installs or conflicts with previous versions. 

 

It should now work properly. If not, you’ll likely need to use the Submit a request link to send it to MM Support. With the holidays, that might take a bit longer to resolve.
