My Finale 25 hangs on the splash screen when I launch the program.  This is a public school computer and when I right click and open as an administrator it opens and works fine.  To test it even further, I had my son login with his profile and Finale launched perfectly.  Ideas?

Someone with Admin privileges will need to fix this if the intent is for anyone with access to the computer to be able to use Finale..

Thanks for the reply Mike.  I do have admin privileges right now.  Do you know what needs to be done to resolve this issue?

Not really. Having administered school computers and networks, I wouldn't know what the problem is without looking at the machine and network. If you didn't have Admin rights, I would have suggested you find someone who does.

 

OTOH, since you do have admin privileges, I would start with a reinstall and reboot. If a path issue (common) that may be all you need.
