Im using Finale 26.2.2 on a mac OS 10.14.6 Mojave. Is there a way to enlarge the palettes?

Go to Finale > Preferences > Palettes and Backgrounds. Check Palettes: Use Large Tool Icons.

 

Also, please give your post a more descriptive title.
