Good Afternoon,

I noticed that my expressions got stuck and stopped working. (i.e. my trombones got stuck with bucket mutes in and the open expression didn't "open them." I had something similar happen again so I reassigned playback sounds. Now everything is just loud and ALL expressions are being ignored completely. What can I do to fix this?

Next step would be to recreate the Preference file. Instructions will be in your Help files. If that still doesn’t work, open a support ticket. Use the Submit a Request tab at the top of the page.

Mike,

I ended up recreating the preference file, which didn't fix the issue right away. I started a new document and copied my work into the new document and everything was working fine. Thanks for your help.
