Finale v26.3.1 Hotfix Full Installer extracts a File Finale.exe with the Size of 0 Bytes.

I would try downloading it, again. You might want to temporarily turn off any virus checking software.

Hi. The issue has been resolved, winrar did not properly extract all the files from setup archive, therefore the installer did use files (FinaleSetup-1.bin, FinaleSetup-2.bin)  from previous version.
