For some reason, chord rolls on the piano created with the glissando tool have stopped playing back correctly in Finale. I recently installed a trial of NotePerformer 3, so maybe that adjusted some setting somewhere? I'm not sure how to fix it, but it's a playback feature that is really important to me! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the arpeggio articulation, rather than the gliss smart shape (which is what I think you may be using. If I’m wrong, sorry!)

Hmm, I tried that, but this issue is I need to do it across hands and layers, which it doesn't seem to like...

This worked for me. I attached the arpeggio articulation to layer 2. When I attached it to layer 1, it seemed (to my ear) to only be rolling the layer 1 notes.
