I have a brand new iMac running OS Catalina 10.15.6. I purchased the Finale v26.3 upgrade and downloaded the files(s). The install files will not open. I spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple support, and pretty much ruled out any problem from the Mac end of things. Does this happen often? How can I get this fixed? Is there a phone number for Finale support? My service request to Finale support has been open for 7 days now. Finale has my money, but I've got nothing so far from them. Please help???!!!
