Don't know specifically what the problem would be, but the Finale Export to PDF function is generally not very good anyway. It'll be better to use a virtual PDF printer such as PDF Creator (https://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator). I use it all the time, it works very well

Once the virtual printer is installed, treat it just like any other printer. From Finale, choose Print. In the print dialogue, your virtual printer should show as an option along with any other printers you have installed. Choose that one, and tell it where to save the PDF file.

This looks perhaps more like a Windows problem. I'm no expert regarding Windows, but take a look at Control Panel > Devices and Printers and see if the PDF Printer is listed, and if so, make it the default printer. Can you print ANYTHING, like a score or parts directly from Finale to a normal paper printer?

I can print from word or from Finale physicly.

also, I can save to Pdf file in Word, only in Finale it doesn't work,

The only other possible solution I can think of is what very often resolves spurious Finale problems: reset Finale's preferences. Instructions here:

I tried it, and got to this stage - the two prompts which I do not appear:

10. You will see two prompts, one about anonymous feedback and one about MIDI Setup. Choose the options that work for you and test the issue(most of the time MIDI Setup is good to go by default and can be changed later if needed).

Sorry, I can't really do that, I'm not a computer technician.As a matter od fact, do NOT drag the MIDI.INI file into the old preferences - if your MIDI set-up works you should just leave it (and I doubt that it has anything to do with the general preferences). Just re-create the FINALE.INI file and see what happens. If there comes up anither prompt about anomynmus feedback, don't worry about it (or send a schreen shot of it, I'ne never seen it ...), just choose something and continue so that Finale re-creates the preferences file as it is starting up and then see wat happens.

Yes, I suppose re-installing Finale should (theoretically) fix it, unless there's some kind of problem with the Windows printer set-up.

the Team Viewer is a one-time code so it is fine!

Did you do what Mike Rosen explained in his post : start the printing process, but instead of selecting a real printer, select PdfCreator in the printers list.

P.S.: there are the other similar programs, such as Cutepdf.
