I've recently purchased the Finale 26V and it downloaded to my computer smoothly, but it is not installing. I have a MAC OS 10.12.6 Sierra system running on my computer with 8GB of Hard drive space and roughly 500 GB of disk space. For my own curiosity to be resolved, I tried downloading and installing the demo version and it worked! Why isn't finale downloading to my computer? It's a bugger that I paid for this program and it's not even installing. Please help! I need this program to get some commissioned pieces as well as class assignments completed.

2) Let us be scientific about your problem.

Describe as precisely as possible what you are doing, and what happens when you do so.

Knowing where the process fails, is the first step in finding the culprit.

 

3) This is a user forum.

Most of the posts here are by other Finale users.

It may be possible that none of us can solve your problem.

In that case you should contact the folks in MakeMusic’s Tech Support (look in the top of this web site).

Your reply to 2) above is also relevant for the folks in Tech Support.
