I really need help as of 'Yesterday" with using Finale ~~~~ or not being able to use Finale?

My problem is I am supposed to write out a score that features different time signatures like 2/4; 3/8; 6/8; 4/4; and the one that I cannot get is "2/8" or 1/4 as my professor states are the same. The piece we are writing out is "Carmina Burana" by Carl Orff. It starts with a 2/4 [Okay]; 3/8* [Okay]; then it goes into a 2/8 which I do not see an option for on the meter references.
