As I launch Finale - I get the following message:  "engraved style.ftmx: - 54"   failed to load.

This causes Finale to be useless as it won't save, copy or other items.

HELP!!! I have a project I need to complete asap.

Finale version? Computer OS? Any recent updates to either?

Thanks for quick reply.  

Version:  25.5.0.290

computer:  PC

According to Finale user account I am not due any updates.

The ftmx extension is associated with Finale Templates. Have any of your template files (or your defailt file) have been moved or corrupted?

Thank you for the info.  I am not aware that they have been moved or corrupted.  I will dive into this item.

You might try reinstalling into the default location and rebooting to see if that restores your paths. Windows updates and subsequent app installations sometimes corrupt these — as has been noted on this board many times over the last 5 years.
