Licences for what? What OS are your running? 

Garritan licences are normally PNG files that you drop onto the ARIA Player.

Licenses for four instrument groups to put into ARIA Player that I am trying to load into my new computer.  I downloaded the PNG files onto desktop and dropped them onto the ARIA Player, but get the message I mentioned:  "License is valid but there was an error saving it to user folders!"  One of the problems is that something called OneDrive has taken control.  The computer reads "License to OneDrive to Desktop" instead of just "License to Desktop."  I can't figure out how to get rid of OneDrive.  Because my Verizon speed is so unbelievably slow I'm switching to Spectrum but won't have that set up till tomorrow so it's been difficult to get help from HP who can probably get rid of OneDrive for me.  I'm hoping that will solve the problem but I won't know till then.  Thanks.

Forgot to mention I'm using Windows 10.

I looked around and found that the line "Michael Mooney - AppData - Roaming - Garritan" leads to five folders:  ARIA, Instant, JABB3, Personal, and World.  Each of the last four contains it's proper PNG.  Of course now JABB3 contained two of them.  But they don't show up in ARIA!
