Thanks for posting. I am not seeing this on our end but there were changes done recently to the user manual. These can sometimes cause a caching issue in web browsers. You can try using an incognito or private browsing window to see if that helps. Also, if you have another web browser available on your system, you can try checking with that too.

Yes. Copying the link to another Browser (Edge - I normally use Firefox) or to a private window in FireFox restores normal function, but is more than a bit of a pain for routine use. I did also try clearing Firefox's cache, but this did not help on the normal invocation of the Help file.

Unfortunately, no browser works equally well with all web sites. I find that Chrome gives me fewer problems than the others while FireFox is the most problematic.

@Mike: As a web designer, I can assure you that it is perfectly possible to ensure that all major functionalities of one's site (of which indexing is certainly an example!) work adequately well with all modern, standards-compliant browsers. The fact that it is often somewhat easier to take advantage of the quirks of one's browser of choice than to write standards-compliant code is not an excuse for not doing the latter, though it certainly explains why your first statement is unquestionably true. For me, using Chrome has the overriding problem that I do not wish Google to know more about my business and interests than it can find our from my searches, and I have had no previous problems on the (relatively few) sites that I use most with Firefox.

Sounds nice, Peter, but those of us trying to do work sometimes have to address the realities of how things actually work. When you rewrite Firefox to be compatible with everything, please let us know—because they can't. Till then, I stand by my statement that Chrome gives me far fewer problems than Firefox. To be fair, FF is far less problematic than Safari these days which I find useless for the most part.

I should have mentioned that Chrome lets users submit trouble tickets under the Tools menu. They do not reply directly but I've never had an issue go unresolved after 4 hours or so.
