Very odd: if I have some repeated notes, Finale sustains some of them rather than plays them individually. If I vary the pitches, then the rhythm is clearly correct, but once I revert to having the same notes in the same rhythms, it doesn't work.

In this case, the first two notes are played as if it were a single quarter note:

In this case, the quintuplet in the right hand is all messed up on playback (it sounds syncopated as at least one of the notes is wrongly tied to the next one during playback). But if I make these different notes with the same rhythm, it plays back perfectly. I'm stumped. Nothing in my human playback settings seems involved; even with HP off this doesn't work:

Honestly, too many bugs in F27.1. I've never filed this many bugs for any Finale release, nor for a beta in fact.
