Finale 26

OS High Sierra

I made the mistake of including courtesy accidentals on all notes, but I want to remove them from the non-pitched percussion or any other instrument.  I've read the posts concerning this issue but the shortcut that's recommended doesn't work.  Any ideas?

Thank you!

If you need to remove all courtesy accidentals globally, then try

Plug-ins menu > Scoring and Arranging > Canonic Utilities…

The plug-in has a pop up menu for accidentals.

My guess is that what you need, is the menu item {Default Accidentals}.

I think the last term of Peter's solution should be ...{Clear Frozen Accidentals}

What I use is TGTools:Music:Accidentals. You can also do this I believe in JW Accidentals (free) but at least for me, clicking anything in the default profile (or trying to change it) crashes Finale instantly and 100% of the time.
