Hi,

I first bought Finale v2 when I was living in Hongkong then upgrated it between Oct and Dec 1992 just before going temporarly to France, from the Hauppton Company in Hongkong. (The serial number began with WFNR but I lose it)

I later moved to Canada and bought another new full package of Finale at Cosmo music in Richmond Hill, Canada (serial number begining with WFNA). I still have the invoice of the old version bought in Hongkong with my address in France printed on it, but without the old WFNR number. Is it possible to add / merge the old serial number / account with my new current one?

You will probably have to ask the folks in MakeMusic’s Customer Support.

There is no "customer support" in make music website contact us page. I was redirected from there to write comment here.

Use the Submit a request link at the top of the page to contact Customer Support, Sales, Marketing etc. Posting here will not accomplish what you want but that will.

 

A few years ago, I had to consolidate three accounts into one and separate my licenses from my daughter’s along with de-activating old email accounts and updating contact info for both of us. It was handled within one business day. Easy peasy …
